Exchange & Refund Policy
Our Promise to You
We want you to love your fragrance. If you're not satisfied, you can request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order. Simply contact us and we'll assist you with the process.
Note: Shipping and exchange costs are covered by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your perfume arrives damaged — broken or leaking — please contact us within 3 days of delivery to receive a replacement or refund.
Important Guidelines
- Products must remain unopened and in original packaging.
- Opened perfumes cannot be returned due to Egyptian consumer protection regulations.
Payment Refunds
Card payments will be refunded after deducting any non-refundable transaction fees charged by the payment gateway.
Temperature Notice
Due to shipping conditions, perfumes may be affected by heat. Please allow 2–3 days in a cool environment before evaluating the scent.

نحرص في Grandy Fragrances على رضاكم التام. في حال عدم رضاكم عن العطر، يمكنكم طلب استبداله خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب، وذلك من خلال التواصل معنا، وسنقوم بمساعدتكم في إتمام عملية الاستبدال.
ملاحظة: يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن والاستبدال.
المنتجات التالفة أو المعيبة
في حال استلام منتج تالف (مكسور أو به تسريب)، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، وذلك لاستبداله أو استرداد قيمته.
تعليمات هامة
- يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مفتوح وبحالته الأصلية.
- لا يمكن استرجاع العطور التي تم فتحها، وفقًا لقوانين حماية المستهلك في جمهورية مصر العربية.
استرداد المدفوعات
في حال الدفع باستخدام البطاقة، يتم استرداد المبلغ بعد خصم أي رسوم غير قابلة للاسترداد خاصة ببوابات الدفع الإلكتروني.
تأثير درجات الحرارة
قد تتأثر العطور بدرجات الحرارة المرتفعة أثناء الشحن. يُنصح بترك العطر لمدة 2–3 أيام في مكان بارد قبل تقييمه.

تسري هذه السياسة على جميع قنوات البيع الخاصة بـ Grandy Fragrances — الموقع الإلكتروني، إنستجرام، واتساب، وغيرها من المنصات الرسمية.
